説明書(p68)における「Lumibrite」の解説は、以下のとおりです。


Lumibriteが光らないということですが、一度次の方法を試して見て下さい。

・時計を直射日光に10分間当ててみる。
・暗闇の中で、時刻表示が光るかどうかを確かめる。

Lumibriteは蓄電が十分でないと光らない場合があるとのことです。

これでもだめな場合は、暗闇でとったデジカメ写真(フラッシュなし)をお送りください。
Lumibriteが正常に作動している新品との交換について、手続きをお知らせいたします。

The explanation about "Lumibrite" according to page 68 in the reference manual is as follow.

If Lumibrite does not work, then, please try following items.

- Expose the watch under direct sunlight for 10 minutes
- Make sure time display is illuminated in the dark

Lumibrite may not illuminate well enough unless there is plenty of electrical charge.

If still Lumibrite does not work properly, please send a picture of the watch taken by a digital camera without flashing.
I will let you know about the process to replace with a new watch whose Lumibrite works correctly.
