３．法廷開示書面
小振法は、小売業、飲食業のフランチャイズ本部に対して法廷開示書面の準備と交付を義
務付けています。また、フランチャイズ・ガイドラインはサービス業のフランチャイズも
含む全ての本部に情報開示を求めています。小振法が事前開示を義務付ける事項は以下の6項目です。（法11 条1 項）。
