BはAが所有する商品画像、動画等を無償貸与できるものとする。

（保　証）
AはBに対して、BがAから購入した本製品に甲の責に起因する瑕疵が発見されたときは、
当該本製品の引渡後　1か月以内に限り、代替品との交換を無料で行うものとする。

（有効期間）
本契約の有効期間は、平成２７年月日より平成２８年月日までとするが、期間満了の１か月前までに、ABいずれかからも相手方に対して本契約終了の通知が書面でなされないときは、本契約は更に１か年間延長され、以後も同様とする。

B can lend A's all existing products of images, videos without any compensation.
Guarantee
When B detects any defects of these products which have been bought from A and causes troubles for the first party, A, in the period of one month since the aforementioned products were delivered, has to change into new products for B without charging any costs.
Time of Validity
This contract's time of validity is from 2015// to 2016//. However, until one month before the contract is expired, either A or B does not send the announcement of the contract ending in documents, this contract will be extended in one more year. The extended contract will be a duplication for this contract.
