BはAが所有する商品画像、動画等を無償貸与できるものとする。

（保　証）
AはBに対して、BがAから購入した本製品に甲の責に起因する瑕疵が発見されたときは、
当該本製品の引渡後　1か月以内に限り、代替品との交換を無料で行うものとする。

（有効期間）
本契約の有効期間は、平成２７年月日より平成２８年月日までとするが、期間満了の１か月前までに、ABいずれかからも相手方に対して本契約終了の通知が書面でなされないときは、本契約は更に１か年間延長され、以後も同様とする。

B can lend item photos and videos and such for free, which A owns.

"Guaranty"
A is to exchange the item with the substitute for free to B within one month from the delivery of this item, in case there is a defect in this item which B purchased from A, and the defect is caused by A.

"A term of validity"
The term of validity of this contract is from M/D Heisei---- to M/D Heisei----. However, if a written notification of the completion of this contract is not done to the counterpart, from neither A nor B, this contract is to be extended another one year and the same condition is applied hereafter as well.
