最後にケースに関してですが、お送りしたベースのケースが、間違いなく、この商品のFender社の正規のケースとなります。お客様がおっしゃられているのは、恐らく別売りとなるギグバッグのことだと思います。しかし、私はその別注のギグバッグが付属するとは販売ページで記載していません。

以上の理由により、申し訳ありませんが、返金には応じられません。
