この度は商品到着が遅れ、ご迷惑をお掛けし大変申し訳ございません。
商品は注文を頂いた直後に発送しており、おそらく郵便局側でトラブルか遅延があったと思われます。実はイギリス、フランス、チェコ等欧州各国のお客様からも、到着遅延について問い合わせを受けており、パリでのテロ事件を受けた検査強化によって、日本からの荷物到着に通常より１～２週間余計にかかっている様です。イギリスの例では、通常２週間で届のが１ヶ月近くかかりました。
申し訳ありませんが、来週11日までお待ち頂くことは可能ですか。

I sincerely apologise for the delay on your product.
I shipped your product right after I received your order, but I believe the was either a problem or a delay in the post office.
As a matter of fact, I have received contacts from clients from UK, France and Czech Republic, stating that their products still have not arrived. It seems that, because of the terrorist attacks in Paris, the inspection has been reinforced, so the deliveries from Japan are taking 1 to 2 weeks longer than normal. In a case of UK, what usually takes 2 weeks to as much as a month.
I apologise, but could you wait until the 11th, please?
