この度は商品到着が遅れ、ご迷惑をお掛けし大変申し訳ございません。
商品は注文を頂いた直後に発送しており、おそらく郵便局側でトラブルか遅延があったと思われます。実はイギリス、フランス、チェコ等欧州各国のお客様からも、到着遅延について問い合わせを受けており、パリでのテロ事件を受けた検査強化によって、日本からの荷物到着に通常より１～２週間余計にかかっている様です。イギリスの例では、通常２週間で届のが１ヶ月近くかかりました。
申し訳ありませんが、来週11日までお待ち頂くことは可能ですか。

We shipped the item right after you had placed an order. We suppose the postal service encountered some kind of trouble or delay. We have received the same kind of inquiries from customers in Europe such as UK, France or Czech Republic. Due to the strengthened inspection after the terror attack in Paris, it seems it takes 1 to 2 weeks longer than usual for parcels from Japan to arrive. In one case, a parcel arrived in UK after nearly 1 month, which usually takes only 2 weeks.
We are very sorry but could you please wait until the 11th next week?
