この度は商品が届かなかったとのことで、大変ご迷惑をお掛けし申し訳ございません。
また、お誕生日に間に合わず、大切な記念日に悲しい気持ちにさせてしまい重ねてお詫び申し上げます。

日本の郵便局に問い合わせましたところ、
11/18にケネディ国際空港まで到着していることを確認いたしました。
通常であればアメリカ国内に到着後、4日ほどでお届けできるそうですが、
届いていないとのことですので紛失の可能性があります。

I inquired Japan post office, they told me that it was in Kennedy international airport on November 18th.
It usually takes about 4 days to deliver after arriving in America, but I didn't, so it may be missing.
