他のお客様と間違えて回答してしまいました.
大変申し訳ありませんでした。
お客様から注文いただいた商品については、納入業者に確認したところ、30日ほど入荷が遅れ、12月末になる予定とのことでした。
大変申し訳ありませんが、商品代金を全額返金したいと考えておりますが、よろしいでしょうか。
なお、商品をお待ちいただくことも可能です。
ご返事いただければ幸いです。
