このお客様からお届け時にインボイスが入っていなかったと連絡がありました。
この商品はamazon.UKに委託しており、イギリスのアマゾン倉庫からドイツに向けて発送されたものです。
その際にどういった書類が同梱されるのかはショップ側では分かりません。
もし、PDFやtxtなどで簡単に発行できるものならURLか手順を教えてください。

もしできない場合は、ショップはお客様に何と説明すれば良いのでしょうか？

We heard that no invoice was included from the customer.
We entrust this item to Amazon.UK, and it was sent from the Amazon warehouse in UK to Germany.
The shop does not understand what kind of document is included when it is sent.
If you can issue it by PDF and txt easily, would you tell us URL or its process?
If you cannot do so, how should the shop explain to customers?
