間違った商品が届いて返品交換依頼を実施したが、
詳しい説明もなく何度、連絡を入れても一切返信がありませんでした。

数週間後、連絡があり返品方法を確認すると期限切れになっております。

対応はどうしたらいいのでしょうか。

I received wrong item and requested return and exchange, but there was no detailed explanation and although I contacted many times I got no reply.

Several weeks later, I was contacted and checked return measure, then I found out it had expired.

Please advise what I should do.
