上記を提案しました

返金に関しては以前、評価の低いバイヤーに
日本のプレミア商品が壊れていたと言われたことがあります

もちろん出荷前に商品の品質を確認済みです

その時に商品の返送を依頼したのですが、
法外な郵送金額を提示されました

結局、商品は送ってもらえずに返金しました

私は悲しかったです

なので今回もトラブル防止のために
返金対応は商品到着後にしたいと思います

Regarding to the negative feeback, I was told by one of the customers before that the japanese premier item was broken.

of course we inspect the item before we ship.

we suggest the customer to ship it back to us but he charged us the outrageous shipping fee.

Eventually we did refund without getting the item back.

I was sad.

So to prevent any troubles, we would like to refund after the item arrived.
