Jiuxian.com Completed Series B Round from Sequoia and Oriental Fortune Capital
Jiuxian.com, the first liquor-centric online retailer of its kind in China announced completing a Series B round of funding for US$ tens of millions from Sequoia China and Oriental Fortune Capital. The funding will go towards beefing up warehousing and logistics with an aim to get listed.
Founded in September 2010, Jiuxian has raised US$ 20 million in first round in this April . The vertical offers wine, white spirit, high-grade beer, wine set and so on.

中国では初となった酒造類を中心に扱っているオンライン販売店のJiuxian.comは、SequoiaとOriental Fortune Capitalから数十万・数百万米ドルにもなるBシリーズの資金調達ラウンドを完了したことを発表した。この資金調達をうけ、倉庫貯蔵管理部門とロジスティック部門を強化することになっており、最終的な目標としては上場を掲げている。
2010年9月に設立されたJiuxianは、今年4月、第1資金調達ラウンドで2000万米ドルを得ている。この垂直企業は、ワイン、ホワイトスピリット、高級ビール、ワインセットなどを提供する。
