お返事ありがとうございます。すみませんが13日は参加できません (Mr Taylerは11月1日から20日の平日ですと11月6日しか東京に居ないのです) ですので、まだ可能でしたら、参加は私のみになりますが、3日か5日の17:30〜19:30でのアポイントを希望します。どうぞよろしくお願いします。

I am sorry, but I cannot attend on the 13th (because 11/06 is the only working day between 11/01 and 20th that Mr. Tayler will be in Tokyo).
So, if possible, I would like to set my appointment to the 3rd or the 5th, between 17:30 and 19:30. I will be attending by myself, in that case.
