今回、地図を片手に数多くの公園を訪れた。
そして予想以上に無人の公園が多かった。
一昔前の日本では、多くの小学生が公園で元気に遊ぶ姿が当然の光景だった。
しかし近年の子供達は、自宅でTVゲームなどの遊戯または過度な勉学の強制などの理由で、屋外で普通に遊ぶことが少なくなっている。
今回その様な現状を実際に目の当たりにして、少し寂しく感じられた。
無人の小さな公園は、飾られた綺麗な芸術品の様にも感じられたが、やはり多くの訪れる人がいてこそ、その作品は真の意味で完成するのではないかと思う。

This time round, I have visited so many parks with a map in my hand.
And found were more parks with nobody than I expected.
Once upon a time in Japan, seeing lots of elementary school kids were playing cheerfully in a park was granted.
However, kids in recent years tend not to play outside as normal because they play TV games at home or are forced to deal with excessive amount of studies.
Facing such situation for real at this occasion, I felt a little sad.
Small parks with nobody appears to be a beautifully decorated art piece, but I felt that such work, in a true context, should be complete with many visitors.
