楽しみにされていたところ大変申し訳ございません。
最終確認として発送前に動作を確認したところ、ソフトが起動しませんでした。
どうやら家にいる子供がいたずらしてしまったようで、販売出来る状態ではなくなってしまいました。
保管状態に問題があり大変申し訳ございません。
一旦全額返金をさせていただきます。
私は今後オークションサイトに同商品が出品された時には必ず同じ金額で提案します。
また、他にほしい商品はありますでしょうか。最安値で探すように努めます。

As I confirmed the performance as a final check prior to shipping, the software did not start.
It looks like the kids at the house did something wrong with it and it is no longer available to sell.
