ただし、最も早く発送できるのが10月15日頃で遅ければ10月31日に日本から発送という形になります。

I just issued the invoice via PayPal. I lowered the price by US$100 from the regular price of US$1509.
However, the earliest day I can ship it from Japan is 10/15, and the latest, 10/31.
