残念なお知らせがあり、ご連絡させていただきました。
ご注文商品が、配送の途中にトラブルで破損してしまったとのことで、
返送されてきてしまいました。
商品の到着を楽しみにお待ちいただいているお客様に対し、
ご期待を裏切ってしまい、申し訳ありません。
この商品は現在、在庫が切れておりますので、次の入荷を待って
再度発送するまでに、少なくとも2～3週間はかかると思われます。
以下の２つの方法のうち、どちらの対応をご希望されますでしょうか。
１．全額返金
２．商品を再度発送
