確かに、日和見感染の原因となる疾患は、時代と共に変遷していると思います。世界的に見れば、日和見感染はエイズに関連する事象と考えられるのが現代かも知れません。しかし、日本では、エイズは増加傾向にありますが、まだまだ少数派で、例えば、日和見感染の代表とも言えるカリニ肺炎にしても、エイズではなく血液疾患や癌に対する抗がん剤、自己免疫疾患に対する免疫抑制剤の使用によるが背景にあることがほとんどです。今後は移植関連の事象も増加すると思われます。

Indeed, a disease caused by secondary infection seems to change according to over time. Looking worldly, secondary infection may be taken nowadays as a phenomenon related with AIDS. However, in Japan, though AIDS patients are growing in numbers, still the number is minor. For example, as for kalini pneumonia that is called as a representative of secondary infection is mostly caused behind by using　immunosuppressant for autoimmune disease and antibiotics for hematologic malignancies and cancer but not AIDS. In the future, there seems to increase phenomenon of transplantation.
