すべての部品が揃っているか、確認はされましたか？
発送以前に箱の背面に空いている穴から元々紛失していたのでは？

I checked on parts of the item I received on the other day, and found out that 3 of the parts were missing.

Did you check if all the parts were in place before shipping?
Was it not that the said parts were already missing from the hole found on the back of the box even before the shipment?
