I cannot rest assured to have a business transaction with your company.
How come the financial management is loose?
You name all the kinds of claims such as not receiving the money despite the fact the payment has been settled, and asking for more payment for having created extra amount of jackets without my approval due to the expensive shipping cost... are you really sure you are able to have a fair transaction with other companies without any troubles?
Often times you contact me and say that you don't have much work to do, but let me tell you this is the area of improvements you should start working on.
And create a good product without mistake and meet the delivery due date.

You can never satisfy Japanese customers by simply selling cheap products.
You should know better on this.
