荷物の配達状況について、USPSに問い合わせたところ、宛て所不明で返却されており、再配達は難しいとのことでした。
日本に荷物が私どもに返却されてから、お客様に再配達するとなると、3～5週間はかかるものと思います。
お客様はお急ぎとのことでしたので、この取引を取り消し、全額返金対応をとらせていただきたいと思います。
なお、２４時間以内にお返事がいない場合は、返金手続きを開始いたします。
