1/昨日あて名不完全との理由でアメリカから荷物が返送されてきました。下記住所に送ったのですが確認してもらえますか？
もう一度荷物を送りたいのですが私達のミスなら送料は負担しますが、今回はお客様のebayの登録住所が間違いですので送料を10ドル負担してほしいです。注文をキャンセルすることもできますが、かかった送料10ドルを差し引いた金額をお返しします。いかがいたしますか？お返事お待ちしております。
2/本日荷物を再送しました。商品到着までもうしばらくお待ちください。
１）Yesterday, I received the parcel from US which I sent to you the other day. It seems to have a wrong address. Could you check the address below which i sent to.
