1/昨日あて名不完全との理由でアメリカから荷物が返送されてきました。下記住所に送ったのですが確認してもらえますか？
もう一度荷物を送りたいのですが私達のミスなら送料は負担しますが、今回はお客様のebayの登録住所が間違いですので送料を10ドル負担してほしいです。注文をキャンセルすることもできますが、かかった送料10ドルを差し引いた金額をお返しします。いかがいたしますか？お返事お待ちしております。
