1/英語が不慣れですいません。私が言いたかったことは、30日以上経って商品が届いたことが何度もありましたので、もし商品が届くようなことがあれば私に知らせてほしいということです。日本の郵便局には荷物の追跡調査を依頼しており、現在も追跡中です。
2/全額返金したにも関わらず悪い評価を受けました。主催者側で評価を取り消すことはできませんか？私はきちんと発送しました。それでも商品が届かないのは私の責任ではないはずです。さらに全額返金しています。納得できません。
1. I am sorry for the misleading message as my English is not good. What I wanted to tell you was that I would like to know from you if the item arrives on your end. This is because there were many cases in the past that the items got to the buyers after 30 days. I have already requested the Japan Post to investigate this parcel, and the parcel is currently being tracked.
2. I have received a poor rating despite the fact that I made a full refund. Could a hosting party cancel ratings that have been left? I definitely shipped out the item. I think I should not be held liable if the item does not get to the buyer. On top of all the trouble, I made a full refund. I am not satisfied with this entire situation.
