1/英語が不慣れですいません。私が言いたかったことは、30日以上経って商品が届いたことが何度もありましたので、もし商品が届くようなことがあれば私に知らせてほしいということです。日本の郵便局には荷物の追跡調査を依頼しており、現在も追跡中です。
2/全額返金したにも関わらず悪い評価を受けました。主催者側で評価を取り消すことはできませんか？私はきちんと発送しました。それでも商品が届かないのは私の責任ではないはずです。さらに全額返金しています。納得できません。
1 / I am unfamiliar with English. What I wanted to say is, that there were many cases the product arrived after more than 30 days, so if the product arrived I want you to let me know. I I have ask the post office of Japan for the follow-up of that luggage, and it is currently being tracked as well.
2/ I received a bad evaluation despite the full refund. Do you able to cancel the evaluation in the organizer side? I have shipped it properly. If the product still does not arrive that should not be my responsibility. In addition I will do a full refund. It can not be convinced.
