Though the items have not reached yet, the USPS site shows they have.

I also have checked it though, the time of arrival and July the 30th at 2 p.m. are wrong.

It is 30th at 10am in Japan still.

It is possible the postman has input delivered before he delivers your items.

I will claim a search to the post office.
