購入したTシャツ40着に問題があったため、セラーに返品を依頼し、セラーはRMAを受諾した。私は5/20にEMSで荷物を発送し、eBayにキャリアと追跡番号を登録し、荷物はの税関に5/23に到着した。

しかし税関に荷物が留まったままなので、EMSに問合わせると「受取人が関税の支払いを拒んでいるのではないか？」と返事だった。

セラーにクレームを書く前にeBayで我々のやりとりの履歴を見ると、私のアドレスの欄に

という知らない名前と住所が載っていた。

There was a problem with the 40 shirts I purchased so I requested an exchange from the seller who then authorized it. They shipped the items by express mail on May 20th, registered a tracking number with the carrier through eBay and it arrived at customs on May 23rd.

However, the items are being held at customs and when I asked express mail about it, they replied asking if the recipient was refusing payment.

Before making a complaint with eBay I took a look at our interaction history and saw x listed where my address should be. However, I don't know either the name or address that was written there.

Can you please help me get a refund?
