購入したTシャツ40着に問題があったため、セラーに返品を依頼し、セラーはRMAを受諾した。私は5/20にEMSで荷物を発送し、eBayにキャリアと追跡番号を登録し、荷物はの税関に5/23に到着した。

しかし税関に荷物が留まったままなので、EMSに問合わせると「受取人が関税の支払いを拒んでいるのではないか？」と返事だった。

セラーにクレームを書く前にeBayで我々のやりとりの履歴を見ると、私のアドレスの欄に

という知らない名前と住所が載っていた。

As there were problems regarding the 40 T-shirts purchased, I requested return to the seller and the seller accepted RMA. I sent out the goods by EMSon May 20, registered the carrier and the tracking number on eBay, and the parcel reached customs on May 23.

However, as the parcel had stayed at customs, I made inquiry to EMS and received a reply that the receiver seems to be refusing payment of customs fee.

I looked up the transaction history on eBay to submit claim to find an unknown name and address of X on my address section.

I would like to request support to receive refund.
