ペイパルでの支払いができないものが２件あります。
１件は、e-bay上ではすでにcheckoutが済んでいるはずなのですが、ペイパルでの支払い履歴がなく、支払いがまだ終わっていない状態になっています。
もう１件は、Your request could not be processed at this timeというメッセージが出て支払いが出来ません。時間をおいてもできません。住所等に間違いはありません。
どのように対処すればよいのでしょうか？
I have 2 payments pending that I cannot process through PayPal.
I've already completed the checkout process on eBay for one of the payments, but it doesn't show up on PayPal payment history and is stuck in a non-paid state.
The other payment shows me a message reading "Your request could not be processed at this time", leaving me unable to complete the payment. Trying after a while doesn't work. I confirmed that the entered address, etc. are correct.
I would appreciate advice on what to do.
