ペイパルでの支払いができないものが２件あります。
１件は、e-bay上ではすでにcheckoutが済んでいるはずなのですが、ペイパルでの支払い履歴がなく、支払いがまだ終わっていない状態になっています。
もう１件は、Your request could not be processed at this timeというメッセージが出て支払いが出来ません。時間をおいてもできません。住所等に間違いはありません。
どのように対処すればよいのでしょうか？

There are two cases that I could not make payment by paypal.

In one case, checkout was done on e-bay but there was no payment record and the payment was still pending on paypal.

In the other case, I got the message "Your request could not be processed at this time" and could not make payment. Although I tried again after waited for a long time, I still could not make payment. There were no address errors. How can I deal with this situation?
