仕上げ工程での整列並べ時に水検マークが無いものに気づいたが、異常打上げせず、水検マークだけを付けて流した。

未加工防止のFP装置（加工後にﾜｰｸﾛｯｸ解除する）はあったが、他工場と違う方法での管理させていたが、誰も気づかなかった。

コネクタ逆向きで組付けた場合、治具受けには精度上半嵌合出来てしまう構造であったため、誤ってOK判定してしまった。

When we placed products in line at finishing processes, we noticed products without water examination mark, but didn't announce about defect and passed through with putting water examination mark.

There are FP device for preventing unprocessing( we remove the work lock after processing), we let them manage products in different way with other factories, so no one noticed about it.
