If people proved the fact that they suffered a loss to life and/or property and win the case in a court, the victim can ask for the damage against the manufacturers.
The amount of damages of automotive PL responsibility is expensive in order to keep the safety of people. Therefore, the manufacturers does not only loss the profit, but also the manufacturers may go bankrupt according to one damage.
