ではなぜポイント制度を使うとリテンション向上につながるのか？
その理由が２つあります。
まず大きな一つ目として、ポイントだからこその有効性です。
一般的な報奨施策である現金とポイントの比較をしてみます。向かって左側が現金、右側がポイントの特徴です。


一般的に、最も喜ばれる報奨は現金支給です。ただ一方で、現金支給には「ありがたみが失われやすく、しばらくすると、もらって当たり前の感覚になる」という面があるのも事実です。
