I read the within expert opinion of A company, it says prices 17 which is Fair value conclusion of land and building, and 12 which is open market conclusion. The company adopts 17, are there any problems to adopt 17 as the current price?

11th is a closing date when a subsidiary reports to a parent company, so we have to consider.
