A社の鑑定書をみたところ、土地と建物のFair value conclusionである17とopen market conclusionである12という2つの金額が記載されています。会社は17を採用しているのですが、採用する時価として17で問題はないでしょうか。

11日は子会社が親会社へ報告する締日になるので、急いで検討が必要です。
早急なご対応をよろしくお願いいたします。

As I read the report, it's written 2 amount of money. One is 17 as fair value conclusion. Another one is 12 as open market conclusion. The company adopts 17. Is it okay if we adopt 17 as estimated at current prices?

We need to hurry to consider as the limit to report from the subsidiary company to the parent company.
