Hi! I spoke with the USPS people in their international shipping inquiry department yesterday and they said only the sender can open an official inquiry. I told them that you had started an inquiry. They said you should have been given a case file number for the investigation. Could you send me that number for my records? It sounds like this will take a long time to resolve and I would like to have the information in case I need it. Thanks so much!
