10日(火)に注文した商品は、発送してくれましたか?
いつもなら木曜日に、InvoiceとTracking Numberがメールで送られてくるのに、今週は送られてきていません。
発送が遅れているのでしょうか?

先日のお客さんから返品された商品ですが、私達が調べたところ、大きな汚れはなく、販売するのに問題がないと判断しました。そちらに返品せず、私達で販売をしますので、返金してもらう必要はありません。お気遣いありがとう。

Have you shipped out the items we purchased on Tuesday dated 10th?
Usually we receive the email of Invoice and Tracking Number on Thursday however we have not received yet this week.
Has the delivery been delayed?

Regarding the products returned by customer days before, after the investigation we concluded that since there was no serious splodge and no problem for sale. We appreciate for your intention but there is unnecessary to return the product and we would sell it again.

It is supposed to be restored at the beginning of March, and have you shipped them out?
