ほとんどの部分は手でたたいて汚れが落ちたのですが、写真で送った部分はこすっても汚れが落ちませんでした。

For most parts, I could brush off the dirt by hands. However, the dirt could not be removed from the part which was shown on the image I sent to you.
I am thinking of giving this to someone as a gift, so it would be appreciated if you could check further on the said issue.
