Random sampling method, where data are drawn by probability theory, is a right method in theory, but it is not easy in site to draw samples randomly from a pile of products in warehouses etc.
Also unfortunately it is impossible to prove later if the obtained samples are taken randomly. Therefore various ingenuity is exercised to solve these problems.
To perform it quickly, the first thing would be to become able to define the defective articles correctly after all.
Ambiguity means to leave the decision to workers.
