2点教えて下さい。

・いつ迄に弊社のファンドからA社が指定する銀行口座に振り込めば宜しいでしょうか。
　又、その際に必要となる情報を予めいただけないでしょうか。

・私は３月１９日と２０日にパリに滞在予定です。
　可能であればA社のボードミーティングに参加したいと考えていますが可能でしょうか。
　先日いただいたリストだと、３月２０日に予定しているミーティングはシリーズDの投資家も
　参加できると理解しています。
　又、３月１９日でも参加可能なミーティングがあれば教えてもらえると助かります。

What is the deadline for us to remit the fund to your company's account?
Please tell us the essential information for this.

I will be staying at Paris on 19th and 20th March.
Is it possible for me to participate in the meeting held by A ?
According to the list i received previously, investors from D series could take part in the meeting scheduled on 20th March.
And also, if there's any meeting which i could possible join on 19th March, please let me know.
