1は私が買い手で送料をかなり多めに支払っていて取引先が後ほど差額を返す約束になっています。その催促と頼んだものがいくつか入っていなかったのでその問い合わせです。
2は私が売り手で送った荷物の箱がボロボロになって届いたようでお客様から箱の画像が送られてきました。中身は無事で問題はなかったようですが・・
それにあわせて探している商品について訊かれたのでそのお返事です。
