this is the address translation i got from paypal is this correct because thats how we have to print it

前後の文脈をよく知らないのですが、この文章には、「早急に」というニュアンスが含まれていますでしょうか？

英語での住所がこれでよいか、あなたに確認をお願いしたままの状態です。返事をいただいてはじめて、送付状が印刷できます。

Paypalから送られてきた英語の住所表記が正しいかどうかを確認するためのメールだと思います。「Shipping label」は「発送ラベル」のことではないでしょうか？
