・納品書、タグを紛失された商品
・お客様のもとで汚れ、キズが生じた商品
・ご返送時の商品状態がお届け時と大きく異なっていた場合（箱・付属品も含む）

Please note that we cannot accept return or exchange in the following cases.

- Product without a statement of delivery and tag.
- Product which got dirty or damaged at customer's place.
- In the case which the product condition is too different from the original condition. (Including a box and accessories.)
