私が今日郵便局に問い合わせしたところ重大なミスをしていた事が分かりました。シッピングラベルにSpainではなくSaipanを選択して印字してしまったのです。商品は現在ニューヨークにありスペインに向かっています。お手元に届くまであと数日かかる見込みです。このような事になってしまったことを深く反省しお詫び申し上げます。お詫びとして送料の半分を返金致します。誠に申し訳ありませんがもうしばらくお待ちください。

After inquiring with the postal office today, I came to understand that I did a very big mistake. I mistakenly chose and printed Saipan instead of Spain in the shipping label. The product is currently in New York and is heading to Spain. It will take a few more days for it to get delivered to you. I am extremely regretful and sorry that such a thing happened. I will issue a refund for half of the shipping charge as an apology. Again, I deeply apologize and please kindly wait for a little longer for the product.
