Perfect timing – I got another mail from our Accounts department this afternoon. And the mystery is solved!

It seems the payment came back, and no-one noticed. So Stefanie in Accounts tells me she’ll pay it again.

So no need for you to check anything, just let me know if you don’t see any payment in a week or so.

Please accept my apologies about this, but I hope you are as pleased as me that we’ve finally found the problem.

どうやら支払ったお金が戻ってきたにも関わらず誰も気づかなかったようです。経理部のステファニーが再度支払うと言っています。

ということで確認等の必要はなくなりました。1週間かその位に支払いがないような場合はお知らせください。

この件に関して大変申し訳ありません。そしてこの問題が解決したことを一緒に喜んでくれると嬉しいです。
