2月3日AM8：35分からSPEEDI SHUTTLE を予約していた山田です。
私は当日AM10：00までバスの到着を待ちました。
しかし到着しなかった。
飛行機の搭乗時間が迫っていたのでタクシーで空港へ向かいました。
御社の責任でバスに乗れなかったので
クレジットカードで支払い済みの$27.86を返金して下さい。

ゲームソフトは到着時ビーニール梱包がなく開封された状態でした。
貴方はProduct codeを持っていませんか？
ゲームをインストールできない場合は代金を返金して欲しいです。

This is Yamada who reserved SPEEDI SHUTTLE at 8:35am on February 3rd.
I waited for the bus until 10:00am on the day.
But the bus never came.
Because the time of my flight was coming I went to the airport by taxi.
I couldn't get on the bus because of your company please refund me $27.86 to my credit card.

The game software was not wrapped in plastic bag and it was opened when I received it.
Don't you have Product code?
I would like a refund in case I couldn't install the game.
