私は当日AM10：00までバスの到着を待ちました。
しかし到着しなかった。

On February 3rd, I waited for the bus until 10 a.m. but it never arrived.
Since the departure time of my flight was closing, I had to take a taxi to get to the airport.
I could not get the bus because of your fault so please make a refund for $27.86.

When I received this game, it had no plastic packing and was already open.
Do you have product code?
If I could not install the game software, I would like to get a refund.
