私は当日AM10：00までバスの到着を待ちました。
しかし到着しなかった。

ゲームソフトは到着時ビーニール梱包がなく開封された状態でした。

I am Yamada who booked the SPEEDI SHUTTLE which was scheduled to depart at 8:35 a.m. on February 3rd.
I had waited for the bus arrival until 10 a.m.

Since I did not get on your bus,
I want to get a $27.86 refund which I paid with the credit card.

The plastic package of the game software was opened when it arrived.
