こういう対応をすると同じような手口を使ってわざと金額の安い商品を購入する人が今後現れると思います。
また高い商品を購入した人にとっては不公平です。またABCから注意される恐れもあると思います。
どちらにせよユーザーとはメールで直接やりとりした方が良いと思います。
